Memberships refer to those granted by Business Academy Online for the purchase of the Internet Marketing Program of the year. The product 'Internet Marketing Program of the Year' is authored, and managed by Webvision 2020 and as such any discrepancies with learning, management or product related issues are to be taken up directly with Webvision 2020. 
Business Academy Online will be promoting the product, managing the payment of the product through its site (and related sites) , and managing the affiliate program only.


1. Ownership

This website at the domain http://www.BusinessAcademyOnline.com (Website) is operated by Ubiquitous Management Pty Ltd (ABN 94 131 743 863) (we, us or our).


2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Your access and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy (Website Terms of Use).

We may amend the Website Terms of Use from time to time without notice. By continuing to use the Website you accept and are bound by the Website Terms of Use as they apply from time to time.


3. Copyright


The intellectual property in the content management system and templates powering the Website (Content Management System), and the data and content contained in the Content Management system (Licensed Content) are owned by Ubiquitous Management Pty Ltd or its licensors.

All other intellectual property, data and content in the Website (including the text, graphics and images) are owned by us or our licensors (Our Content).

The Licensed Content and Our Content are together referred to as “Content” for the purposes of these Website Terms of Use.

Unauthorised use of any intellectual property in the Website, the Content Management System or the Content will constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

If any part of the Website Terms of Use is deemed to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that part of the agreement will be severed to the extent of that illegality, voidness or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions.
Although all information supplied by www.BusinessAcademyOnline.com to “the Client” is given in good faith, the Client should satisfy themselves that all details and information provided to them is current and appropriate to their needs.

The Website Terms of Use is governed by and will be construed according to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

    *  Business Academy Online (BAO) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership.
    *  If BAO refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants may be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

    * Membership cancellations received within 30 days of purchase may be eligible to receive a full refund less $150 service fee.
    * Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
    * Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
    * All benefits and incentives received by student must be cancelled/returned to BAO.
    * All refund requests must be made by the student or credit card holder.
    * Refund requests must include the name of the student and transaction number.
    * Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card /paypal used for payment.

These above policies apply to all BAO memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
